Terrain and road level · #19–21
Scores are bounded at 0–100. Slope and unevenness refer to the fitted house rectangle; unevenness excludes its overall slope. The road comparison will use the likely access edge and adjoining road or alley. Minimum, average and maximum parcel heights and the lowest point relative to the road will appear when verified DHM terrain and road samples are connected. Datafordeler DHM access is needed for verified height samples; no terrain score is assigned yet. Physical screening does not establish legal driveway permission. Formula notes ↗

Mapped noise · #08–10
Official 2022 EU CNOSSOS Lden contours. Scores are draft: successful lookup with no qualifying mapped ≥55 dB band = screening score 100, 55–59 dB = 85, 60–64 = 50, 65–69 = 25, 70–74 = 10, >75 = 0. The highest band covering more than 15% of the largest fitted rectangle is used. Failed lookups leave the score unavailable; this is not a measured noise level or proof of quietness. Coverage is limited to mapped sources and areas; bands are modelled at 4 m height and cannot be compared directly to Danish Nord2000 limits. Official explanation ↗

Apartment blocks, tall and large commercial/institutional buildings are relevant to #26. Existing detached-house condition, age and layout do not affect Grundblik. No absence or privacy score is inferred from missing building records.
Planning & buildability
Local plans are shared source references for permitted building percentage (#27), height/storeys (#30) and affected constraints. Placement area and setbacks have no separate score or weight. Mapped building fields are incomplete legal evidence; they are not a verified buildable envelope.
Boundary lengths
Map labels show approximate lengths of significant outer boundary sides, simplified from the mapped cadastral polygon. They are not surveyed legal dimensions. Segments follow the digital polygon vertices. Curved or detailed boundaries can have many short segments.
Ground Quality Score
The 36-item catalogue contains scored criteria, risk/restriction flags and information. Assessments use 0–100 preference scores where data and a defensible method are available. Missing components receive no assumed points. Category and overall scores await complete inputs and approved weights. Rectangle dimensions and placement/setback information are supporting results. Local plans are shared sources. Unknown risk is not favourable evidence.
